Admission Procedure:

Eligibility:

One can take admission in +2 while the candidate must pass 10th from any board or completion of 10th successfully ICSE, CBSE, BSE.

The Course Recognisation:

The interested candidates can apply for +2 admission with the portal website of www.dheorissa.in and can also apply through online Common Application Form only some few steps of filling the form like Father’s name , Mother’s name , 10th board Exam Roll No., Total Marks secured in 10th etc. For any further query after successfully completion of applying the form take the print of that form.

CAF along with Photocopy of BSE, Odisha / CBSE or Other 10th Board Exam Mark Sheet-cum-Certificate has to be deposited at SAM Resource Center.

Document to be deposited at SAM Centre:

  • CAF College Copy along with requisite Application Fee.
  • Xerox copy with self signature of student - Mark Sheet-cum-Certificate.
  • One Color Passport size Photograph.

The candidates who are selected in first selection of college they have to download the notice from the website www.dheorissa.com and candidate have to join themselves in the appointed college. And if any candidate is selected in first selection and due to any reason he/she might not be able to take admission then that candidate will out from the entire admission process.

The candidates who belong to other boards like CBSE , ICSE they have to submit their original photocopy of mark sheet along with CAF .In the whole process the original photocopy only needed if any candidate give the downloaded mark sheet then it will be rejected. Candidates taking admission in lower preference college and continue to study there have to fill up an undertaking - Annexure-7 (Available www.dheorissa.in).

Check List for Admission:

  • Intimation Letter for Admission.
  • Admission Fee, Mark Sheet with Certificate in Original.
  • 3nos of Colour Passport size Photograph.
  • School Leaving Certificate in Original.
  • Conduct Certificate in Original.
  • Migration Certificate in Original.
  • Annexure - 8 duly filled up.
  • Annexure -7 duly filled up.
